GoToTech Computers does not assume and is not responsible for any liability for the linking and viewing of any desktop content, the operation of any GoToTech Computers operated software or system performance.

GoToTech Computers recommends for your security and privacy that you exit any applications you have open that is displaying content such as personal or confidential information before allowing a GoToTech Computers operator to initiate a remote support session. GoToTech Computers further recommends that you remain seated at your desktop throughout the entire remote session.

Your data is important to us and we will always do anything we possibly can to prevent data loss, but it is up to you to ensure that you backup your data on a regular basis. GoToTech Computers will not be held responsible for any data loss if any occurred before, during or after a remote session. If you require help in setting up backups for your data please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

GoToTech Computers takes the utmost care when in co-operative control of your computer. However, GoToTech Computers cannot guarantee that our service will resolve your problem or that attempting to rectify your technical issue will not cause additional problems. GoToTech Computers can only use Zoho Assist for remote access and remote control software. If you cannot accept Zoho Assist, then we may negotiate, for a higher support fee, a different tool that offers similar functionality.
